Hey guys, here’s a recent one-page comic I made about cool witches. I experimented with using watercolor as my base, instead of ink like I usually do. Because of that, the texture came out a bit more intense than I normally have in my pieces.

Hey guys, this is a warm-up sketch from earlier today. It’s also the first page of my new sketchbook! I’m really excited about it, I made it myself, and it has these beautiful pine covers.
(Also bonus, that poster on the side has my favorite Salvador Dali painting on it)

I am really surprised that I’ve never posted this on here before. This is a distorted self portrait I did last October. It has since hung in Sarasota’ Crossley Gallery, and Is about to be displayed as part of an instillation piece called “Faces of Ringling” at Ringling College of Art and Design. If you are going to be in the Sarasota, Florida area in the next few weeks, be sure to drop by RCAD and check out the giant metal cube at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and US 41/Dr. MLK Jr. Way. That’s where this will be hung.

Hey guys. I’ve started a new series on my art-appreciation blog. Every Wednesday I will post an artist or artistic movement whose work I admire and I’ll talk about them, and why I enjoy their art.
